Please note sometimes we get really busy in the salon, there may be a waiting period of 2-4 weeks for long appointments, please be sure to book in advance as vouchers will not be refunded due to lack of availability of appointments. We will however do our best to accommodate anyone with a voucher

Terms and conditions
Vouchers are not redeemable for products or cash or hair services
Vouchers are none refundable, they may be swapped for a another service of the same value
All vouchers are valid for 3 year from the date of issue
Special offer vouchers are only valid for 1 year
Appointments must be made for redemption of vouchers
Should the appointment be cancelled with less than 24 hours notice the voucher will be rendered void,In the case of a no show to an appointment booked with a voucher the voucher will be rendered void
In the case of a client being contraindicated for a treatment an alternative treatment will be offered or the voucher will be extended
Vouchers will not be issued until full payment is made
A record of all vouchers is kept
