Terms and conditions

Vouchers can be used for all services inc, waxing, tinting, facials, massage, spray tans, manicures, pedicures, needling, make-up but cannot be used to purchase products or be redeemed for cash.

Vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase unless otherwise stated

Appointments need to be made to redeem vouchers, if 24 hour's notice for cancellations is not given the voucher will be voided

Having a voucher does not entitle you to skip the queue you will need to wait for an appointment to become available, in peak times some longer appointments may need to be booked 3-4 weeks ahead of time. Every effort will be made to get you in as soon as possible ​Older style vouchers or vouchers purchased in store will not work on the on-line booking system, you will need to call or text to arrange an appointment.
